Hi I’m Julie. And I love fostering. What exactly does that mean? Good question!
By definition, to foster is to “promote the growth or development of something.” As a trainer and facilitator this is what I do. I create experiences that help people transform their understanding of themselves and the world around them so that they increase their growth capacity.
Through my work I most love fostering connection and learning. At the intersection of how we connect and how we learn is a magical space where we also find how we make an impact. It is at this crossroads where I help others find the things they love to foster.
But my love of fostering does not end where the things that matter to you begin. I get fired up not only about helping you discover those things but also discovering how you grow with them. I [truly] LOVE HOW YOU FOSTER those things in life that are important to you. This is what you can expect from my training experiences. My drive to create space for connection and learning leads to your ability to grow in the areas that matter most to you.
You should also know that I love fostering children. Yep, I’m a foster parent,* so this word – foster – is especially near to my heart.
